Victoria's Secret & PINK at 17420 Hall Road, Charter Township of Clinton, Michigan.

I used my rewards card towards a large purchase. The shorted my card by $13.00. When I said something, I was told that's the way it is done. The cashier claimed I had to spend the exact amount of the card, not over or under, to receive the full value of the card. (my purchase was over).
I purchased two sherpa blankets, then was told they had no bags to put them in. So I asked for one of their clear garbage bags, as I had numerous other bags to carry. First, Mary said they had none. When I pointed them out to her behind the counter, she claimed they were too small. I asked a sales associate to get me one and they were thirty gallon bags. Needless to say, both blankets fit. The entire time, Mary was flouncing around making faces.
Most of the sales associates are great. The manager and cashiers are clueless and rude.
This is just one more reason I shop online and avoid the brick and mortar stores when I can.

Of course all of the product it's great. But service is so slow. There is always ONLY one person ringing and 10 people on the floor. Why? Come on people.
